Inktober has passed and with it the yearly challenge for illustrators. I must admit I couldn’t finish it, I just did 19 illustrations… I posted all of them on my Instagram account, but I am left with some quite nice drawings! My main idea was to create a series of drawings of myself throughout the month, depicting each day’s mood.
I’ve started the month in a rush, since I was yet on Summer holidays and October just hit me.
I wasn’t really sure at the time how it would develop, but I was eager to try! Then holidays finished and reality hit me!
As always, first weeks are kind of rough, with all the routine changing, especially after 2 months of holidays!
I was lucky to get a day out right at the beginning of the month!
But not everything was bad, I had some pretty nice days, too, most of them Fridays or Cat-urdays!!
Some special days were the beginning of Autumn, which is Spain is kind of ridiculous right now…
Also hairdresser day, rainy day and some Star Wars were featured.
The Breast Cancer Awareness Day was the only one coloured, to support those who struggle against this terrible illness!
And a support for those suffering the devastating effects of the Galician Fires was one of my favourite ones!
Now there are 11 months for the next Inktober!! Better start planning it right away!
